New Buyer Registration

Terms & Conditions: I understand that prompt payment of my account and this contract is necessary and appreciated. In consideration of CCJLSA’s management of my account, I agree to pay the account in full within 60 days from the date of the CCJLSA invoice. I further agree to pay simple interest in the amount of 5% per month for all amounts that remain unpaid after 60 days. In addition to any and all accrued interest, I agree to reimburse the CCJLSA for all reasonable and necessary costs associated with the collection of any unpaid balance which remains more than 90 days from the date of the invoice—unless other arrangements are made in writing with the CCJLSA Treasurer. I understand that the $300 deposit will not be returned if I do not purchase an animal either as an individual or as part of a group. As further good and valuable consideration of this contract, I understand that CCJLSA will provide registered buyer 2 tickets for food and beverages the day of the sale. My signature below confirms that I have any and all permission and authority to bind the above-stated companies and /or individuals as the purchaser at the CCJLSA Sale and that I have read, understood and agreed to the conditions and covenants in the preceding paragraphs of this contract. *NOTE* I understand if I am buying for a Group, I am ultimately responsible for the charges of the Group I am signing for. I can also provide written documentation from donors that authorize me to make donations on their behalf for this Group to CCJLSA. CCJLSA will assist Buyer Groups with invoicing, but financial ownership of debt/payment is the responsibility of the Signee.
